The most recent addition to Gregory E. Kulis & Associates, Ronak concentrates her practice in civil litigation in state and federal courts, representing clients in the area of civil rights, commercial litigation, and unique litigation cases. She has participated in all aspects of state and federal litigation, from strategy development to taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions and reaching favorable settlements for her clients. With strong legal writing and research skills, Ronak has drafted numerous state and federal pleadings, motion responses, briefs and discovery documents. She has also worked closely with clients throughout the litigation process, including initial client interviews, preparing client discovery responses, and drafting and revision of pleadings.
